Abagail is an endurance athlete who found yoga as a way to bring balance and grounding in an otherwise hectic life. She was trained in Thailand and loves bringing the ancient science of yoga into postures. For her yoga is a physical, mental, and emotional practice. The best part of yoga in her opinion is that, it is a practice. Wherever you are in that moment you are exactly where you need to be. Her favorite classes to teach and to take involve breath work, flowing with the rhythm of the body and long holds for deep releases. Join her class for some rhythm and holds in a challenge adapted to further your practice and meet your needs wherever you are in that moment.
